Description: UCF will conclude its Urban and Regional Planning Distinguished Lecture Series with a presentation by Dena Belzer, president of Strategic Economics in Berkely, California. Belzer specializes in connecting regional economic and demographic growth trends to real estate development activity and local policy initiatives. The focus of her presentation will be on transportation planning. A moderated discussion period with 3 to 4 panelists and questions from the audience will follow her presentation. The lecture will be held in the Werner Auditorium at Florida Hospital, 601 E. Rollins Ave., Orlando. The event is free and open to the public.
