Continued support provided for grieving individuals in a group setting. Hospice of the Comforter’s Horizons Bereavement Center offers support and resources to help you cope with your loss. Whether or not your loved ones used hospice services, our compassionate bereavement counselors will guide you and your family through the grieving process. Horizons adult grief support program helps you rebuild your life by providing grief education, emotional and social support, and community resource referrals. Our master’s level counselors provide support groups, workshops and educational materials to help bereaved clients heal from their grief. Grief support services are provided at no cost to the communities of Orange, Seminole and Osceola counties. Please register for all groups by calling 407-379-0490. Free and open to the Central Florida community. For Ongoing Support Groups, the counselor will stay for 20 minutes and leave if nobody arrives. Groups with insufficient registration will be rescheduled. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first meeting.
