Pilates can be a stress-free way to strengthen your core and body muscles. Learn more about this nontraditional form and how everyone in your family can benefit from exercises that are easy to do at home. Instructor Deanna Braunstein will teach the basics of Pilates and all body types and fitness levels are welcome. Modifications for all levels will be taught. Please wear stretchy comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Families with children age 8 and older are welcome.
