2013 Water Works Summer Camp During the week of July 15-19, 2013, Toho Water Authority camp staff will guide 20 upper middle school & beginning high school students through a week of learning, fun and outdoor adventure.The WaterWorks camp gives students the opportunity to experience a balance of environmental education and outdoor fun. Campers will interact with and explore nature through field trips, hands-on activities and experiments to help them develop an increased appreciation for the environment and an understanding of the important role water plays in everyday life.Activities include water science experiments, plant tours, hiking, canoeing and close encounters with wildlife. Campers come away with a life-long passion for nature and a dedication to stewardship of our natural resources.About Camp:The activities in this camp are specifically designed for upper middle school and high school students. For that reason we are currently only accepting applications from students entering 7th through 9th grade this 2013/2014 academic school year.The cost for camp is $75.00 for the entire week.
