We are pretty sure by now you have heard the song that has received over 350 million youtube views (beating out Bieber and that Friday chick Rebecca Black). When asked in an interview about the meaning of the song, PSY replied "Gangnam is a wealthy neighborhood in the South Korean city of Seoul where young people go to party". He describes the kind of guy he is and the kind of girl he wants, and paints caricatures of the ostentatious culture of people who hang out in Gangnam (NY Daily Times).
