Tha Best In Tha 407" Dj Slique has been mastering the art of dj'N for 22 years. Slique started out by dropping mixtapes in 1992 & dj’ing clubs in 1993. Slique has had numerous club residencies in Orlando through out the years and currently has 2 nights weekly. In 1995 Slique started recording professional sessions for local talent as well as producing and engineering. With a ton of music industry experience Slique decided to go to the world famous Full Sail University for recording engineering.

After a year of hard work Slique graduated in 2000 and started working for Clear Channel Communications immediately. Shortly after starting with Clear Channel Slique was contacted for a position for Promo Only as a full time audio engineer. Since starting with Promo Only Slique has worked on numerous projects (too many to list here) ranging from the Orlando Magic, Nickelodeon, Universal all the way to cable tv on The MTV2 Monster Mix which aired for 4years Mon-Fri from 4-5 on MTV2. Slique has been the “ Tha Mixtape King of Orlando” since making his first mixtape in 1992 and was nominated two years in a row by the Orlando Source for "Best DJ".

Slique is now the Senior Audio Engineer for Promo Only and does all of the companies mixing, mastering, sound design and any other audio related issue. Slique can be heard on the airwaves every sunday night on Power 95.3 (WPYO) on The Sunday Night Power Mixtape! Playing your favorite music and music remixes from 10p.m. - 12 a.m.
