Family Closely Montiors Britney Spears Britney Spears has been under conservatorhsip for the past several years; her family has been overseeing her finances... very closely!
Her Internet and cell phone use are closely monitored by her father and her fiancé, Jason Trawick.
Part of the reason for that is to keep Sam Lutfi who was acting as Britney's manager at the time of her infamous 2008 meltdown . . . from getting in touch with her. Sam is suing Britney and her parents for defamation and breach of contract.
As for the Internet . . . they want to make sure Britney doesn't see something that sends her spiraling into INSANITY again.
The source says, "Certain websites are blocked. Her family doesn't want Britney reading negative stories that would upset her. Again, this is all done with love and for her well-being."
