In the 41 years that Magic Kingdom has been in Orlando, there has not been any alcohol allowed! So yea, while we're there dealing with screaming kids, tears and heat we aren't allowed to get DRUNK! Not fair, right? We'll you'd be happy to know that Magic Kingdom is now allowing you to drink =) A new "Beauty and the Beast"-themed restaurant called Be Our Guest is opening in November and will serve beer and wine during dinner. (Ha! You know that line will be LONG!)
A Disney spokeswoman says the restaurant will serve French cuisine and, "You cannot walk into a French restaurant and not get a glass of wine or beer. It made more sense to do it than not to do it."
