Welcome, Obama! President Obama was sworn in for a second term yesterday in a brief, intimate White House ceremony.
With his left hand on a Bible that belonged to Michelle Obama’s grandmother, Obama took the oath inside the Blue Room, facing the Washington Monument.
Beyonce, James Taylor and Kelly Clarkson are performing today in his honor. Beyonce will be singing the National Anthem.
The ceremony begins at 11:30 a.m. Eastern time.
