Lil' Wayne Released, Doing Well Lil Wayne has been released from a Los Angeles hospital where he was taken after suffering a seizure.
His hospitalization at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center triggered a frenzy of reports claiming that Wayne was dying. Monday night, Mack Maine, the president of Wayne's label, Young Money, thanked the hospital.
"@LilTunechi has been officially been released and is headed home...God is great," he tweeted.
