As if we thought the Chad Johnson and Evelyn Lozada saga couldn't get any worst! Well it has and it has the potential to get even uglier! After Evelyn and Chad's nasty episode where she found condoms in his car and she confronted him about it which ignited a nasty argument. End result Chad headbutted her in the argument and he was arrested. Three days later, Evelyn filed for divorce from Johnson. Chad is desperate to try and get back with Ev and make things work. So desperate to the point where he did THIS....

He went and Evelyn's face tattooed on his leg. Now the latest twist in this saga has unfolded.... Chad refuses to sign the divorce papers or take part in any divorce proceedings because he doesn't want to get a divorce.  Chad still believes he can win Evelyn back ... as evidenced by the fact he got the leg tatoo.

Chad's choice could backfire on him because under Florida law (where Evelyn filed the docs) the divorce can still be finalized with a judge's approval. Basically, Chad may not have a choice. Based off of this interview that Ev did on ABC's Nightline, she is NOT trying to reconcile!
