Nas has lost his two-bedroom, three-bathroom Georgia house to foreclosure. The rapper purchased the home in 2004 for $585,000, but still owed $507,000, reports TMZ.
Nas is recovering after being hospitalised with severe vertigo.
The 39-year-old rapper fell ill while on a flight to New York, where he was scheduled to appear on Live! With Kelly and Michael. The hosts announced live on air that he was taken directly from the plane to hospital after suffering vertigo.
After receiving treatment for the balance disorder, which side effects include nausea and vomiting, the 'Cherry Wine' rapper informed fans on Twitter that he was discharged from the medical centre.
He tweeted:
Peace y'all. I'm out of the ER & doin alright. I'm on bed rest for a few. Apologies to everyone @ Live w/ Kelly & Michael. I'll make it up.
