Justin Bieber Targeted in a Murder Plot! This is so scary!! Justin Bieber is the target of a murder plot! A New Mexico inmate serving life for rape and murder convinced two guys to strangle and castrate Justin Bieber for him. They were supposed to do it last month in New York City. But before they could carry out the plan, the mastermind himself turned them in. They were both arrested.
The two men were supposed to murder and castrate four people in total, and were offered $2,500 per testicle, Justin being one of the four, and one of the men on his security team.
Martin, the head honcho wanted them to strangle the victims with paisley ties. . . then cut off their genitalia with pruning shears. Martin - who's obsessed with Bieber and even has a tattoo of him on his leg. Here are the mugshots .
