What It Was in 2012 with Lindsay Lohan -

This year started off with a bang for Lindsay Lohan when she was named as one of the top choices to play Elizabeth Taylor in the Lifetime movie, Liz and Dick. She ended up getting the part despite her multiple legal woes this year.

By February she was in court for a hearing on her previous DUI charge and necklace theft. During the hearing, the judge praised her for continued community service and therapy sessions.

Shortly after the hearing, in March she was asked to host an episode of SNL and she did really well! She proved to the world that she was still funny!

But the good news for Lindsay changed when she hit another car in the parking lot of a club.

Then she was hospitalized in August after a crash on the way to the set of Liz and Dick.

Soon after she got out of the hospital, she passed out in a hotel room and paramedics were called. I remember we all freaked out thinking it was something really serious! Thankfully she was OK!

She was then arrested again in September while leaving the scene of a crash when she allegedly hit a man while driving to a hotel room for a birthday party.

The next month, in October, she got into a fight with her mom in the back of a limo and it got way out of hand. She ended up calling her father to vent about the situation and he recorded the entire thing! He then released it to the public causing Lilo extreme embarrassment and upsetting her to no end! She said she never wanted to have contact with him again!

In November Lindsay was arrested AGAIN for fighting with a girl inside the club. We aren't sure what started the fight, but things definitely got physical inside.

She received a lot of attention when Charlie Sheen gave her $100,000 to help her with the money she owes the IRS. He made a fuss over this because Lindsay never said thank you to him for his "kind" gesture. Even though he gave her this money, it wasn't enough to keep her out of trouble. The government seized her bank accounts until all of the money is paid back.

In December, Lindsay's probation for the jewelry theft was revoked. She is now facing 245 days behind bars - just under a year. Think she'll get jail time?! Naaaahhhh... if she hasn't received it yet, what makes us think this time will be any different?
