Chris Brown and Paris Hilton partied together in France last week, and now Paris has her sights set on him.

But Paris has figured out how to get around all that.

A source says, "Paris thinks Chris Brown is hot and really wants to hook up with him.  She likes bad boys, and he is bad to the bone.

"Paris has been pretending to be Karrueche's BFF and Karrueche is loving the attention . . . She knows how to use and manipulate other people to get what she wants."

Supposedly, Paris doesn't want a relationship, since it would be bad PR for her.  She's more interested in, quote, "a steamy hook-up or two behind closed doors."
