Jersey Shore's The Situation is suing a vodka company for over $5 million dollars.   He was endorsing the protein-infused vodka, Devotion Spirits and claims he held up his side of the bargain by promoting it, but the company hasn't.  They were supposed to give him an 8%  stake in the company -- which he says he got -- but that Devotion failed to add 2% to his ownership share on their one-year anniversary, like the deal called for.  He also says there was supposed to be a $400,000 "buy back" option for his shares.  In total, he's suing for his whole 10% in the company.
