The Bachelor... Racist?!

According to a judge, no!  Earlier this year, two African American men filed a class action lawsuit against "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette" for racial discrimination.

They claimed they both auditioned for "The Bachelor", but weren't seriously considered because they're black.

In 25 seasons of "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette", there's never been a NON-WHITE star.)

But yesterday, a judge dismissed the case . . . saying that the Court can't force anyone to cast something in a certain way.  The judge said that's why "The Cosby Show" could have an all-black cast, and "Jersey Shore" could only cast Italians.

A rep from the shows released a statement saying,  "We felt from the onset this case was completely without merit and we are pleased the Court has found in our favor."
