Obama has been super busy on the campaign trail, but took some time out to answer tough questions... like Nicki and Mariah questions!!! hehe... Last month we were able to ask him how he felt that Nicki Minaj rapped "I'm voting for Mitt Romney" and he said... "she likes to play different characters" basically saying, she's just acting.
Well, he was recently asked - in another interview - for his thoughts on the Mariah and Nicki feud on "American Idol" and the President believes everything will work out. He said, "I think they are going to be able to sort it out. I'm confident. I'm all about bringing people together working for the same cause. I think both outstanding artists are going to be able to make sure that they're moving forward and not going backward."
Obama was also asked how he thought HE might do as a contestant on the show, and he replied, "I'm gonna try to keep my day job." The interview was with "The Michael Yo Show" on Y100 out of Miami. You can skip ahead to 30 seconds in.
