It's official, Lance Armstrong has been stripped of his seven Tour de France titles and banned from cycling for life.
International Cycling Union President Pat McQuaid said, "Lance Armstrong has no place in cycling, and he deserves to be forgotten in cycling. This is a landmark day for cycling."
And Tour de France director Christian Prudhomme said that with Armstrong's name stricken from the books, there are no longer winners for the years between 1999 and 2005.
He also said Lance should pay back the prize money from those victories.
Speaking of money, experts estimate the loss of endorsements and speaking fees could cost Lance up to $15 million a year.
