Tom Cruise has filed a $50 million lawsuit against "Life & Style" and "In Touch" magazines for claiming that he abandoned his 6-year-old daughter Suri.
The July 30th issue of "Life & Style" read, "Suri in Tears, Abandoned by her Dad." And in the October issue of "In Touch" they had the headline, "Abandoned by Daddy." According to the suit, Tom claims the headlines are false and he's insisting he loves his daughter and would not abandon her.
He's suing for $50 million plus punitive damages for defamation and invasion of privacy.
