Khloe, Kim and Kourtney are selling makeup at CVS, Ulta and Sears stores and the line is called, Khroma Beauty. But there's a high-end makeup line with same name, but with a "C", Chroma. The creator is suing the ladies claiming they ripped off his name and giving it a different "look" selling it at "cheapy" and more affordable stores.
His brand has taken 12 years to build and has an A-List line of clients. Micheal, the creator feels high-end customers will not want to use it and that they'd be embarrassed to say they wear Chroma.
These ladies will come out on top, I'm sure! We shall see...
