Seriously . . . Russia's population is declining, and this show is reportedly part of an effort by President Vladimir Putin to get Russkies in the mood.
Russia is looking at a possible decline of 25 million people by 2050, due to low birth rates and early death due to alcoholism, heroin abuse, pollution and general poor health.
