The L.A. County District Attorney has filed legal documents asking that Chris Brown's probation be REVOKED.  It has nothing to do with the Frank Ocean fight, and everything to do with Rihanna!

The D.A. believes Chris submitted BOGUS community service records. Chris was sentenced to five years probation and six months of community service in Virginia . . . after he pleaded guilty to beating up Rihanna.

Last September, the local police chief sent in documentation showing that Chris finished 202 days of community service,  but the paperwork was suspicious.

Prosecutors will attend a hearing today, where they will recommend that Chris' probation be revoked, and that he be forced to repeat his community service in L.A.

Chris' lawyer says the D.A.'s office "should be embarrassed." He adds, "They've completely lost their minds.  They're making scurrilous, libelous and defamatory statements and apparently have lost their ability to read their own reports."
