Live From the Red Carpet on E! will take place at 6pm with Ryan Seacrest. This is where we get to see the best dressed. . . and the worst dressed! Then at 8pm, the show officially kicks off hosted by LL Cool J. Performers will be: Fun, Lumineers, Frank Ocean, Justin timberlake, Rihanna and Frank Ocean.
