The 12-year-old boy who allegedly swatted Ashton Kutcher's home by reporting a fake gun fight inside the actor's home has been charged with several crimes in connection to the incident.
When police arrived, they realized the whole thing was a prank. The boy has been charged with two felony counts of making false bomb threats and two felony counts of computer intrusion. The boy, whose name has not been released because he is a minor, is set to be appear in juvenile court today.
