Neverland Ranch, Being Sold to Jay and Bey? What It Is: Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch is quite the hot commodity. We recently told you Lady Gaga was interested in buying MJs Neverland Ranch and now Jay Z and Beyonce are interested in making an offer… a $100Million offer! The home is in Santa Barbara and sits on nearly 2,500 acres. If the deal is successful, Jay and Bey plan on using it not only as a home, but as a recording studio as well.
