Who is Replacing Sharon Osbourne on A.G.T?! American’s Got Talent - one judge released only to be replaced by someone a bit . . . spicier! Who’s leaving?? Sharon Osbourne! Who’s replacing her? Mel B, Scary Spice form Spice Girls. Mel B joins judges Howie Mandel and Howard Stern for the show's upcoming eighth season.
As for why Sharon Osbourne is leaving, well she’s leaving because her son Jack was allegedly fired from another NBC reality show, Stars Earn Stripes , after he was diagnosed with Multiple Sclersis. She said, "I just can't be fake."
