Will Smith’s brother-in-law Dee Lawrence Downs, has been arrested on federal drugs charges. Downs, who is married to Smith's younger sister Ellen, was arrested on intent to distribute five kilograms or more of cocaine. Court documents report that he was negotiating the purchase of several kilograms of cocaine - 'agreeing on a price of $26,500 per kilogram.' He was arrested in a hotel parking lot after presenting an undercover officer a 'black bag, which contained a large amount of United States money.'
