A concert worker says he's physically disabled and it's all after Akon allegedly stage dove right on top of the guy, causing him permanent injuries. A man named Matthew Graham has filed a lawsuit against Akon because he leapt into the crowd of concertgoers and injured him at the Bayfest Music Festival in Alabama. Graham says he injured his knee, back, head, and body. Graham is suing for medical expenses, lost wages, physical pain and mental anguish and demanding unspecified damages.
