Seth McFarlene, No More Funny Man? Don't expect to see Seth McFarlene hosting the Oscars again next year. Someone asked him about it on Twitter and he said, "No way. Lotta fun to have done it, though." Apparently the academy, the people who run the show, are a bit too stuffy!
Although his hosting gig increased the viewership with younger people by 11%, a few critics just were not happy about his jokes. They were a bit too risque.
Hopefully he changes his mind; I really liked him as a host!
