Singer/Spanish rapper Don Omar is accused of using someone's yacht for a music video without permission!! And he's getting sued over it!
According to the lawsuit, no one ever asked for any permission to use or film the yacht and the yacht's owner -- a Portuguese company -- is suing for trespass AND defamation, claiming the company has suffered a bad reputation because of the use of the yacht in a "provocative" video.
