Hulk Hogan Sues Spine Institue for Bogus Surgeries Hulk Hogan claims the Laser Spine Institute in Florida is a total joke. He says he received bogus treatments for his back and he was forced to receive surgery from other doctors to fix the damages.
He also says the institute used a sales pitch to bring him in AND they used his image and likeness to promote the office.
