Elmo Drug Charges, Sued The first man to accuse Elmo puppeteer Kevin Clash of taking advantage of him when he was underage is now suing.
Sheldon Stephens who's 24 now . . . says Clash lured him with drugs like meth and "poppers" before engaging in sexual activity with him when he was 16.
Not long after he came forward, he reached a settlement with Clash and issued a statement saying their relationship was consensual, and nothing happened when he was underage.
