What It Is: Lady Gaga purchased 55 Michael Jackson items at an auction where they were selling his gloves, jackets and other memorabilia.
She tweeted, "The 55 pieces I collected today will be archived & expertly cared for in the spirit & love of Michael Jackson, his bravery, & fans worldwide."

What It Is: Lindsay Lohan's tax problems have become so extreme.  The IRS has seized all of her bank accounts in order to repay her massive outstanding debt.
She owes taxes for 2009 and 2010 totaling $233,900.  What's interesting is that Charlie Sheen allegedly gave her $100,000 to help her pay, but she hasn't come up with the rest.
I guess this is how we are going to end 2012 with Lindsay... her broke ass!

What It Is: Korean superstar PSY will NOT have a problem with an L.A. restaurant, which has named itself "Gangnam Style" after his song.
The restaurant used to be called Soju Town, but it reopened a few months ago under the name Gangnam Style.
They didn't ask Psy for permission . . . but sources say he doesn't care, because "imitation is a form of honor."

What It Is: Looks like Beyonce is back at it!  She's in the studio working with her hubby, Jay Z.
Timbaland's crew is was in there too, because they uploaded pics of the two working.
