GOES A LONG WAY TO MAKING US FORGET ABOUT TIGER BLOOD: Actor Charlie Sheen announced that he'll donate at least $1 million to the USO in what is among the largest single donations ever given to the troop morale-boosting organization. Also this week, the Sheen confirmed his seriousness about being an "American Idol" judge. (Kevin Scanlon/The New York Times)

What It Is:  T.I. will launch the “Give Like A King” campaign this Friday  to help veterans.  During the press conference,  T.I. will explain his strategy to makie it happen.
According to the Veterans Affairs Administration, more than 300,000 veterans go homeless on any given night.  “We have to have someone else’s back, not just our own,” T.I. said in a statement.
The “Give Like A King” press conference will take place from 12-1pm at the offices of the VEO of Georgia.

What It Is:  There's a new reality show being shopped which stars the sons of some old-school rappers.  It's called "Seeds of Hip-Hop".
The cast features:  Dr. Dre's son Curtis Young . . . Eazy-E's son Eric Wright Jr. . . . MC Ren's son Anthony Dunbar . . . E-40's son Droop-E . . . and Jam Master Jay's son Jason Mizell.  All these kids are in their 20s.
All we know for now is that the show will be about,  "the boys trying to make it on their own, while trying to escape the shadows of their famous dads."
Weird that the show is ALL about living in the shadow of thier dads, and that's they're trying to avoid!

What It Is:  Lindsay's a hot mess!  Wait, or is Charlie?  When Charlie Sheen gave Lindsay Lohan $100,000 to pay down some of her debt to the IRS, he didn't expect anything in return.  Except maybe a "thank you".
He says, "She's a very good and decent young lady that is just going through a lot.  I'm still waiting for a text to say 'thank you.' Anything, you know?"

What It Is:  Beyonce and Jay Z are this years' highest paid couple, but that doesn't mean she can't make more money!  She has signed a $50 million dollar deal with Pepsi.  She's been working with Pepsi since 2002 and has done a few commercials already with the company, but this time the deal is worth 50 million dollars!!
She'll do a new commercial and make various promotional appearances.
Remember she'll be performing at the Superbowl halftime show in February.
In other words, she might as well just change her name to "Beyonce, Brought to You by Pepsi-Cola".
