What It Is: Rick Ross is ending 2012 with a new business deal with Diddy's Ciroc Vodka.  Rock says, "My 2013 resolution is to have continued success for myself and those that surround me.  Thank you Ciroc for inviting me to share in the celebration." He will not only be appearing in campaigns and social media outlets, but also at live events promoting the vodka.  Ross is also working on his 6th album.

What It Is: Katt Williams is officially a wanted man! A Seattle judge just issued a warrant for the comedian's arrest because he didn't show up for his arraignment on assault, harassment, and obstruction charges stemming from his bar fight in Seattle. Katt  allegedly threatened a bar manager with a pool stick and threw a cigarette at a woman.
A rep for the Washington State Attorney's office says Katt’s attorney was there, and claimed his client didn't attend due to a “medical issue."
That excuse didn't fly with the judge who immediately issued the bench warrant.

What It Is: This is so scary!!  Justin Bieber is the target of a murder plot!  A New Mexico inmate serving life for rape and murder convinced two guys to strangle and castrate Justin Bieber for him.  They were supposed to do it last month in New York City.  But before they could carry out the plan, the mastermind himself turned them in.  They were both arrested.  The two men were supposed to murder and castrate four people in total, and were offered $2,500 per testicle, Justin being one of the four, and one of the men on his security team.   Martin, the head honcho wanted them to strangle the victims with paisley ties. . . then cut off their genitalia with pruning shears.   Martin - who's obsessed with Bieber and even has a tattoo of him on his leg.  Here are the mugshots.
