The 23-year-old pop-rock singer who'd stepped away from her band, Hey Monday, to see if she could make it on her own proved, once and for all, she could.

What It Is:  Instagram was on the receiving end of some harsh words yestrday.  Their new privacy policy was released, that Instagram has the right to sell your photos as of January 16th when the policy goes into effect.
Many users said that they'd delete their accounts for fear that they could find themselves — or their friends, or even their children — in advertisements created by the company or by Facebook.
Remember, FB bought Instagram this year for $1 billion, so they're definitely trying to get thier money's worth.
Co-founder of I.G. Kevin Systrom published a blog post saying, “To be clear: it is not our intention to sell your photos. We are working on updated language in the terms to make sure this is clear.”

What It Is: Word has it Lil Wayne was involved in some sort of brawl with "unknown individuals" in the backstage area after a concert in Los Angeles over the weekend.
A witness says,  "Punches were thrown but no arrests were made. It was a serious fight and was witnessed by everyone who was backstage."
That's all we know for now.  Lil Wayne hasn't commented.

What It Is: Rapper T.I.'s wife, Tiny has her own show.  This has been a long time dream for her.  It's called "Tiny Tonight" and aired on VH1.
It was a girl fest with Tamar Braxton, TV personality Claudia Jordan and rapper Trina discussing celebrity stories and recapping big stories for 2012.  Trina admitted to having a crush on Drake ... intersting enough...
Looks like the ratings went pretty well, too.  Lets see how long this lasts.
