Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have settled their divorce AND custody issues.  Katie's attorney says, "We are thrilled for Katie and her family and are excited to watch her as she embarks on the next chapter of her life."   Suri will get to live with Katie in New York while Tom gets visitation rights.  And Suri isn't permitted to be exposed to anything related to scientology like churches, parties, etc.  Sources say this happened quickly because Katie and Tom were made aware that the divorce process could be very damaging to Suri is it is dragged out too long. 

Nicki Minaj joins celebrities like Khloe Kardashian and JWOW who have claimed they've been violated by TSA.   Nicki claims she was fondled as she was boarding a flight to the Philippines when a female airport security screener allegedly got too touchy feely.   Minaj tweeted, "So TSA always takes pics of me while doing their job!  But wld u believe they just told ME EYE couldn't take pics????"

Independence Day Sequel!!  It's been 16 years since the world was invaded by aliens in Independence Day!  The producer of the movie Dean Devlin says they want to do it, although they know it will be challenging.  Plus, there is difficulty negotiating Smith's salary.  I mean, who would watch Independence Day without Will smith?  Once these kinks get works out, it's a go!

Kourtney Kardashian gave birth to a baby girl on Sunday.  Her name is Penelope Scotland Disick.  She's the second child for Kourtney and her boyfriend Scott .  Their son Mason is 2 years old.  Late Sunday night,Kim blogged, "Welcome to the world, Penelope Scotland Disick!  Kourtney gave birth to a beautiful baby daughter on Sunday and the whole family is so thrilled to finally meet her!"  She added, "She is absolutely perfect!  I am so excited to be an aunt again and can't wait to spoil little Penelope.  I know Mason is going to be the best big brother in the whole world.  Congratulations Kourtney and Scott."  Kris told E! News that Kourtney gave birth,  "very early Sunday morning", and the rest of the family agreed not to say anything until Kourtney had checked out of the hospital Sunday night.
