What You Mised July 17th

Guess which Hollywood trainwreckis about to be a big sister!!!  Yuuuuup, Lindsay Lohan!  You probably knew as soon as you read "trainwreck", huh!  So her father Michael Lohan got his on-off-again girlfriend Kate Major pregnant!  They've been so unstable, I really don't think this is a good idea, but what can you do!  I even heard Lindsay is super upset about the whole thing.  She thinks her dad was irresponsible.

More American Idol news!!  With Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler gone, where will the excitment come from?!  Well it could come from Mariah Carey.  Heavy rumors are circulating that she may be the new judge on the show.  Nick Cannon apparently has said that Idol cannot afford Carey, we shall see!  And the prodcuer of the show is rumored to only want judges now for one year so they can then focus on their careers.

BEYONCE has posted a video of herself reading the letter of appreciation she wrote to MICHELLE OBAMA earlier this year.  (Video)

The International Olympic Committee announced that they're loosening restrictions on what athletes will be able to post on social networks while at the Summer Olympics . . . which start at the end of the month in London.    In previous years, Olympic athletes haven't been able to post ANYTHING on social networks or personal blogs, because broadcasters who pay lots of money for rights were worried that they'd give away event results.    But this year, Facebook is an official sponsor of the Olympics . . . so the athletes will be able to post and interact with fans.  But before you get too excited, they won't get to say much that you'll care about.  They're prohibited from posting:    Details of their specific location.   Anything from media or backstage areas.   Any breaking news, including event results, or information about other participants.  Any detailed online discussions.  (CBC)
