Katherine Jackson was appointed guardian of MJ's kids, Paris, Blanket, and Prince.  She gets an allowance of about $60 - $70,000 per month.  But with all of the craziness lately that MJ's siblings are apprently trying to get more money, or that they've been holding Katherince against her will, she may LOSE the kids! Her nephew TJ could get guardianship of the three kids.
Katherine told ABC news, "I'm here today to let everybody know that I'm fine and I'm here with my children.  My children would never do anytihng to me like that, holding me against my will."

A toy company has sued Lady Gaga for $10 million because they claim they were licensed tomake Lady Gaga dolls, but she's screwing up the release date!! They say Gaga keeps asking for changes to intentionally delay the process so that the toys could come out when her new album is released. Gaga asked that the doll’s facial structure “be more supermodel-like.”
“Think a prettier version of Gaga,” MGA officials claim they were instructed in emails. “Thin out the cheeks and sharpen the jawline. Give her more of a cat-eye and sexier, poutier lips.“She loves the shape and build of the body,” they claim another email from Gaga’s rep noted.

Yesterday it was just speculation that Kristen Stewart cheated on Robert Pattinson, TEAM EDWARD!  Well, now we have proof.  first of all, photos of Kristen and the director, Rupert Sanders have surfaced.  And she apologized saying, "I'm deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I've caused everone this has affected.  This has jeopardized the most important thing in my life, Rob.  I love him.  I love him.  I'm so sorry." The director apologized as well to his wife and two children. Youknow that Kristen is getting death threats!!  #TeamEdward fans are serious!!

The paparazzi guy who chased Justin Bieber down the highway has been charged.  Earlier this month, Bieber was stopped for driving between 80-100 mph. But apparently, he was running away from the photographer.  Now the photographer is facing criminal charges!!  He was hit with FOUR charges under the NEW paparazzi law that makes it illegal to create a dangerous situation while following a celebrity for profit.  He's the first victim of the new law and if he is convicted, he could face up to a year in jail and more than $3,000 in fines.
