What It Is:  "Vogue" magazine recently made a pledge to avoid working with models who appear to have eating disorders.  And Tyra Banks supports that 100%.  Because as sexy as she was when she started modeling as a teenager, the industry has gotten to the point where Tyra would have been considered TOO FAT by today's standards.  She says, "I would've been considered too heavy.  In my time, the average model's size was a four or six.  Today you are expected to be a size zero. When I started out, I didn't know such a size even existed."  When Tyra was in her early 20s her agency gave her a list of designers who decided not to book her anymore because she'd gotten too "curvy".  Luckily, her mother didn't let that get into her head.  Tyra says, quote, "As my mom wiped the tears from my face, she said, 'Tyra, you know what we're going to do about this?  We're going to go eat pizza. We sat in a tiny pizzeria in Milan and strategized about how to turn my curves into a curveball.  In a way, it was my decision not to starve myself that turned me into a supermodel, and later on, a businesswoman."

What It Is: Ryan Seacrest threw down $37 million to buy ellen Dejeneres'  Beverly Hills mansion.  It was originally on the market for $49 million.  Ellen and Portia bought the place from one of the co-creators of "Will & Grace".  It's where they got married and Ryan was a guest at the wedding.  Ellen and Portia sold it because they just paid $12 million to buy a beachfront spread in Malibu from Brad Pitt and angelina Jolie.  The estate includes a 9,200 square foot main house, two guest houses and a separate, three-bedroom house.  (Hollywood Reporter)

Online has confirmed that Kanye will make several appearances on both “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” and “Kourtney & Kim Take New York”.  Kim, who has been very outspoken about her relationship with Kanye, has said that she wants to show her life and Kanye is now a big part of it and so he will be on the show. “If we are having dinner and he does show up, I’m sure we’re not going to go, ‘Stop the cameras!” said Kim. “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” premieres this Sunday, May 20 at 9 p.m. on E!.
