Lil' Wayne's got some strict orders from his doc to not ride a plane or work!  After suffering two seizues mid-flight and forcing the planes to land, the doctor said he's got to take care of himself.
He's been recovering at his mother's house and says these two incidences have been life changing.
He's telling friends he feels the seizures were a result of working too hard after his jail stint.

You'd think the LAST thing Seaside Heights needs right now is to see the "Jersey Shore" cast return.  But apparently, that's exactly what MTV is thinking about doing.
RadarOnline.com claims network execs want to send the cast back to Seaside Heights to shoot some sort of Hurricane Sandy "clean-up" special.
The honchos at the network think it would be a tremendous boost for Seaside Heights as the town begins to rebuild to have the kids be a part of it.
Think it's just for ratings?

Khloe Kardashian debuted last night as the new host on X Factor alongside Mario Lopez.  It wasn't her performance that's receiving all the attention, but her NIPPLES!   Simon tweeted and said, "I think the air conditioning is on high tonight. Looking at Khloe."   Other tweets that surfaced, "Just turned on X Factor, Khloe's nipple showing."
Oh, and osmeone else tweeted, "Who can concentrate on the singing when Khloe's nipples keep distracting me."

Kanye has made peace with the photographer he went after in Miami a few weeks ago after she asked Kim about her ex Reggie Bush.
As you may recall, Kanye tried to grab her camera in an aggressive way.
Well, Kanye ran into the same woman yesterday at the Miami airport, and he gave her a fist bump and a hug.  Looks like they made up!
