What It Is: Lindsay Lohan will be charged with the crime of lying to police after her car crash back in June.  Remember when her porsche crashed into the back of an 18-wheeler?!
She told the cops she was not behind the wheel, but she was.   She's on probation, so this is obviously a violation of probation which could send her to jail.

What It Is: Avatar actor Sam Worthington was pepper sprayed and arrested after messing with a club bouncer.
He went to an Atlanta club completely hammered and when the bouncer wouldn't let him in, he shoved him.
That's when Sam was pepper sprayed and and arrested by police.
The charges were dropped because the  bouncer didn't show up in court.
