What It Is: CBS will air this season's Super Bowl on Sunday, February 3rd  and the commercial time is almost SOLD OUT already.
The network says there are "less than a handful of spots left," and the 30-second spots went for an average price of $3.8 MILLION apiece.
Two years ago, Fox sold out all the spots before Thanksgiving, and that could happen again this year.
It will be in New Orleans and Beyonce is confirmed as the headlining performer at Super Bowl.

What It Is: MTV is giving "Jersey Shore" star Vinny Guadagnino his own talk show called "The Show with Vinny".   Instead of interviewing various celebrities in a studio, Vinny will invite them to his family's home in Staten Island, where they will talk and have dinner together.
Naturally, Vinny's friends and family will also appear on the show . . . including his mother Paula and his crazy Uncle Nino.

What It Is: ELMO is NOT a statutory rapist!  Well, at least that's what it seems like.  Think it was "hush money" that got the accuser to recant his claims?
The accuser now says he and Clash were involved in an "adult consensual relationship."  Attorneys for Elmo puppeteer and the accuser were in talks yesterday, and at one point, a six-figure deal was on the table… paid to be quiet? 
His attorneys issued a statement yesterday saying, "[The accuser] wants it to be known that his sexual relationship with Mr. Clash was an adult consensual relationship.  [The accuser] will have no further comment."
Clash released his own statement saying, "I am relieved that this painful allegation has been put to rest.  I will not discuss it further."
And Sesame Workshop says, "We are pleased that this matter has been brought to a close, and we are happy that Kevin can move on from this unfortunate episode."

What It Is: Olympic soccer star Hope Solo was set to get married yesterday to former Seattle Seahawks tight end Jerramy Stevens.  Even though Jerramy was arrested early Monday morning for allegedly beating her up?
Apparently Hope's brother called police to her house at about 3:45 A.M. Monday, due to some kind of disturbance.
Marcus had a black eye and bloody knees, while Hope had a half-dollar-sized scrape on her elbow.  She wouldn't say how she got it
She and her brother told police they were having a party, and some people showed up uninvited and caused trouble.   This could be true since there was a random chic found on the kitchen floor with a broken hip.
At their home, there were signs of a struggle in their room, and Stevens had blood on his shirt and his cheek.
They had a hearing yesterday, Stevens was released due to insufficient evidence.  And Hope attended the hearing, but didn't speak to reporters afterward.
