What It Is: Kid Cudi is calling it quits when referring to the custody battle between him and his baby's mother!
He has decided to give her full custody of their daughter and Cudi says he got a place in Chicago just to be closer to his daughter.
His ex claims it's all B.S. and that he is just trying to portray himself as a good father.
Regardless,  it's all over with and he will continue to pay child support and be there for his daughter.
That's all that really matters.

What It Is: "Swimming Pools" artist, Kendrick Lamar had his show cut short by LAPD because it got too dang crazy!  He tweeted about his secret free show and the masses basically attacked the Staples Center in L.A. to see him perform.
It had to be shut down by authorities because the crowd went nuts, there were more people than were allowed inside the center and it became unsafe.
Police choppers and squad cars came to breakup the crowd.

What It Is: Jersey Shore's The Situation is suing a vodka company for over $5 million dollars.   He was endorsing the protein-infused vodka, Devotion Spirits and claims he held up his side of the bargain by promoting it, but the company hasn't.  They were supposed to give him an 8%  stake in the company -- which he says he got -- but that Devotion failed to add 2% to his ownership share on their one-year anniversary, like the deal called for.  He also says there was supposed to be a $400,000 "buy back" option for his shares.  In total, he's suing for his whole 10% in the company.

What It Is: The Biebs won three trophies last night at the "American Music Awards" including the night's first award, Favorite Male Artist - Pop/Rock.
He told the crowd, "I want to say this is for all the haters who thought maybe I was here for one or two years, but I feel like I'm going to be here for a very long time."  He later performed an acoustic version of "As Long As You Love Me".
Nicki MInaj won 2 awards . . . Best Artist and Album in the Rap/Hip-Hop category.
Other winners included Taylor Swift, Carly Rae Jepsen, Carrie Underwood, Linkin Park and David Guetta.
Not surprisingly, P!nk gave the best performance of the night . . . basically recreating her "Try" video.
