What It Is: According to a judge, no! Earlier this year, two African American men filed a class action lawsuit against "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette" for racial discrimination. They claimed they both auditioned for "The Bachelor", but weren't seriously considered because they're black. In 25 seasons of "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette", there's never been a NON-WHITE star.) But yesterday, a judge dismissed the case . . . saying that the Court can't force anyone to cast something in a certain way. The judge said that's why "The Cosby Show" could have an all-black cast, and "Jersey Shore" could only cast Italians. A rep from the shows released a statement saying, "We felt from the onset this case was completely without merit and we are pleased the Court has found in our favor."
What It Is: The co-stars of Twilight, Rob and Kris are said to have been hanging out together in downtown Los Angeles AND they left together at about 2am! You kow what THAT means... well, we assume it means they hooked up! Stewart was dumped in July after she was caught cheating on him with the director of the movie she was in, "Snow White and the Huntsman." Other sources say they have smoothed things out and are together again. More power to them! Breaking Dawn part 2 comes out next month.
What It Is: Obama has been super busy on the campaign trail, but took some time out to answer tough questions... like Nicki and Mariah questions!!! hehe... Last month we were able to ask him how he felt that Nicki Minaj rapped "I'm voting for Mitt Romney" and he said... "she likes to play different characters" basically saying, she's just acting. Well, he was recently asked - in another interview - for his thoughts on the Mariah and Nicki feud on "American Idol" and the President believes everything will work out. He said, "I think they are going to be able to sort it out. I'm confident. I'm all about bringing people together working for the same cause. I think both outstanding artists are going to be able to make sure that they're moving forward and not going backward." Obama was also asked how he thought HE might do as a contestant on the show, and he replied, "I'm gonna try to keep my day job." The interview was with "The Michael Yo Show" on Y100 out of Miami. What It Is: Kanye West beginning to lose it?! He went after a photographer Sunday night in Miami after she asked about Kim's ex bf Reggie. Kim is in the city filming "Kourtney and Kim Take Miami" and she and Kanye had just left a dinner date at a place called Prime 112. Apparently, Reggie and his pregnant girlfriend just happened to be at the same restaurant. The woman approached them outside the place and said, "Kim did you know Reggie is here having dinner? Did you wanna go congratulate him on his pregnancy?" That's when Kanye lunged. He didn't try to hurt the woman, but he grabbed for her camera. Kim was smiling during much of the confrontation. Then she and Kanye left in a Rolls Royce.
