Flo Rida is being sued by home security system company, ADT.   They installed cameras in his Miami mansion that cost him about $58,000 and he has NOT paid up!   Nor does he have any intention to.  ADT claims in 2009 it hooked his mansion up with dozens of sensors, smoke detectors and about 27  cameras.  In the lawsuit, ADT provided a copy of the contract which was signed by a man named Lee Prince, who is reportedly Flo's manager.  Flo paid the initial deposit $19,366.66, but after the work was completed, he never forked over the remaining $38,733.   Now, ADT wants the money PLUS interest, totaling $47,134.40.   Flo Rida has fired back at the suit saying he NEVER authorized the work despite Prince's signature  and claims he doesn't owe ADT a dime.   A judge has yet to rule.

It looks like someone is shopping TWO Kanye sex tapes.  One is 20-mins long and the other is 40 mins.  And I hear he "goes"  the entire time... whoooooa  there bull man!
It's definitely a Kanye sex tape because he sets up the camera at the beginning, and looks right into it at the end.  He also makes sure the woman clearly states that she's 18.
She also tells Kanye, "My husband and I don't have sex anymore . . . that's why I'm here!"
The two of them have sex in various positions, but don't kiss or interact verbally.  Kanye does wear a condom.
Sources say Kanye is, "freaking out", and does NOT want the video out there.  Obviously, it could be worth MILLIONS.  The website Sex.com has already offered $1 million for it.
But Kanye is trying to make sure nobody sees it.  His legal team says the video was STOLEN from his computer.
And they issued the following warning, "Posting, advertising, marketing, displaying and otherwise disseminating the [tape] constitute actionable violations of Mr. West's rights of privacy and publicity."  There's also a screen shot making the rounds that supposedly comes from the tape.

At the beginning of the show, host Jimmy Kimmel promised some kind of massive prank.  He had Tracy Morgan lay down on the stage and pretend to be unconscious . . . then he told everyone to Tweet that Tracy had passed out on live TV, so that people would turn on the show.
He was on the floor for like 20 mins!  There's no word if the prank resulted in a ratings spike, but the "Hollywood Reporter" says there were 25,000 Tweets immediately after Kimmel's request.   Here's video.

 
Kardashians tried to snatch up some  iPhone 5s but got denied!!  Kris Jenner called the Apple store to reserve five iPhones.  They said no.  She then asked to speak with a manager and they continued to say NO.  They have to wait in line just like everyone else.
Kris freaked out and demanded to speak to a manager.  A source says,  "No manager would speak to her because this wasn't a negotiable issue."
Somehow, Kris didn't get the message, because when Friday rolled around, her assistant showed up for those five iPhones only to discover that there were no iPhones waiting for him.  A security guard who was keeping an eye on things told the assistant,  "See that line?  Go wait in it and you will be helped."
LOL!  Quite the reality check, huh!?
