What It Is:  Singer/Spanish rapper Don Omar is accused of using someone's yacht for a music video without permission!! And he's getting sued over it! According to the lawsuit, no one ever asked for any permission to use or film the yacht and the yacht's owner -- a Portuguese company -- is suing for trespass AND defamation, claiming the company has suffered a bad reputation because of the use of the yacht in a "provocative" video.

What It Is:  There's been some chatter about a potential comedy tour with Chris rock and Dave Chappelle!!   Seems like we saw a hint of it in NYC when Dave want to a comedy club and Chris Rock joined him! They threw jokes at each other for a while. People were laughing their booties off.   “This could be the show,” said Chappelle.  “I’m in,” responded Rock.  Would you buy tickets?!

What It Is:  Mark Wahlberg and Diddy announceda business venture they're coming together for. It's a fitness and wellness water brand, AQUAhydrate, a high performance water containing electrolytes and a high pH level good for those who are training, working out and very active.  Wahlberg discovered the water while training for the movie The Fighter. Diddy saw Mark and asked about the water and they soon began to work on a business plan for the brand.  "When I tasted this water, I fell in love with this water. It was that simple," Diddy said. "I really do not like the taste of the majority of waters that are on the market.”

What It Is: Beyonce is getting a lot of heat right now. She has a line of high-top sneakers that are made of exotic animal skins. Are you ready for the ridiculous list of animals that have to suffer for this shoe???  Stingrays, ostriches, crocodiles, and anacondas! A spokesperson for PETA said a few things about Bey and her sneakers:

"These custom-made kicks come with a high price and it's paid by the various animals who were beaten and skinned alive or cruelly farmed and killed. Although most people aren't as familiar with the types of animals (snakes, stingrays, crocodiles, and ostriches) killed for this single pair of sneakers as they are with the cats and dogs we share our homes with, these animals are highly sensitive living beings who try hard to avoid capture and suffer enormously when trapped, netted, speared, and skinned alive."
