Around five months after they began dating, New Jersey Nets player Kris Humphries proposed to Kim Kardashian on camera in her E! reality series. The couple will marry on Saturday, Aug. 20 in what is sure to be a quaint ceremony at the local courthouse. OK, that's not true at all. It's definitely going to be over-the-top -- just like Kim. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton continues to recover in a New York hospital where she's being treated for a blood clot in her head. Her doctors say they are confident she will make a full recovery. The area where Clinton's clot developed is "a drainage channel, the equivalent of a big vein inside the skull. It's how the blood gets back to the heart." Clinton returned to the U.S. from a trip to Europe, then fell ill with a stomach virus in early December that left her severely dehydrated and forced her to cancel a trip to North Africa and the Middle East. Second time's a charm? Well that's not really the saying, but it worked this time around for Hugh Hefner! Following a breakup days before their planned June 2011 wedding, 86-year-old Playboy founder Hugh married 26-year-old Miss December 2009, Crystal Harris. "Crystal & I married on New Year's Eve in the Mansion with Keith as my Best Man, Love that girl!" Hef tweeted. They split up five days before their previous planned wedding. "Harris said Hefner let her keep the $90,000, three-carat diamond engagement ring and a Bentley automobile. Hefner tweeted two days after the originally scheduled wedding date that, "After all is said & done, staying single is probably the best. I think I just missed a bullet." He forgave her and they remarried.
Police say the photographer was hit by a car and killed after taking photos of Justin Bieber's Ferrari. He saw the vehicle pulled over on a busy intersection, stopped to take the photos and as he ran back to his car, he was struck. He dies later in the hospital. Los Angeles police say Bieber was not in the car at the time. Sgt. Rudy Lopez told the Los Angeles Times that JB's friend was driving the car when it was pulled over for a traffic stop. It was parked on a busy street when the photographer arrived. Sad news for the family... RIP
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting a bundle of joy. Kanye made the announcement during a concert in Atlantic City. Kim, her mother Kris and Kanye's family were in the audience. Sources say Kim had "no idea" he was going to break the news publically.
