Stop The “WYD” Texts

February 4, 2019 — Dear Fellas,

As a proud member of the woman coalition; okay, I made that up. However, as a woman, I feel like someone should step up and tell you guys that … we absolutely positively HATE “WYD” texts!

I’ve been on a couple of dates lately, and an instant turn off is when guys hit me with a “WYD” text. We get turned off even more when you hit us with the “WYD” texts multiple times in a conversation. When you ask that, it just shows that you have absolutely nothing to say, and that lets us know that you’re not serious about getting to know us at all.

Ask us about our day, or about what we like to do for fun, or about what type of music we like, but simply asking us what we’re doing, ALL DAY LONG is fast way to earn a seat in the back of a girl’s mind.
